Tennessee will face the San Diego Chargers without two of its top three receivers.
Roydell Williams broke his ankle in practice Wednesday and will miss the rest of the season. Williams was tied with Justin Gage with 55 receptions to lead the Titans in 2007.
The Titans recently placed tight end Bo Scaife on injured reserve. Scaife had 46 catches this season.
