In an interview with Houston’s Fox 26 Sports, Titans owner Bud Adams reflected on his life and his marriage to his late wife, Nancy.
During the interview, he said something about his wife that strikes me as incredible:
“All her life she was very pleasant,” Adams said. “One time I said to her, ‘Nancy I can’t raise much hell with you because you are always agreeing with me,’ and I said, ‘Let’s get in an argument about something.’
“‘What do you think we can argue about?’ and she said, ‘I don’t have anything to argue about’ and I said, ‘that’s it.’ She always had a pleasant way about her.”
Bud Adams is a blessed man. He had a great wife, and from outward appearances, has lived an extraordinary life.
